Keyword Filter

You can filter resources, instances, systems, or keywords by a keyword or some keywords.

Go to keyword filter result list​

  1. Input a word or phrase in search box in entity list area
  2. Right Click or Tap and Hold the magnifier button
  3. Then the keyword filter results will be displayed in entity list area

By clicking keywords​

  1. Click a keyword in entity list area or detail side bar
  2. Or press down Ctrl first, then Left Click on multiple keywords, then let Ctrl up
  3. Then the keyword filter results will be displayed in entity list area

Filter options​

  1. Click Filter button on top bar of filter results to show sub-operation controls of filter options

    • Keywords

      • Add

        Input or select a keyword, and click Add button

      • Clear

        Click Clear to clear added keywords

      • Delete

        Click Close button (X) beside a keyword to delete it from keyword list

      • Copy

        Click the keyword to copy its content to the input box

    • Filter operators

      • Include all

        The keywords of each entity include all of the keywords in the keyword list

      • Include any

        The keywords of each entity include any of the keywords in the keyword list

    • From which system tree

      • Select a system tree

        Use system tree to increase or decrease the range of keyword filter

        • Current

          Click Current button to use current selected system in system tree area

        • Parent

          Click Parent button to use the parent system of selected system in the selector

        • Root

          Click Root button to use the root system ROOT (/)

      • Select where of the system tree

        Use where of the system tree to increase or decrease the range further

        • From root and descendants
        • From descendants
        • From children
        • From root

  2. take some actions on these sub-operation controls for the corresponding filter conditions

  3. Click Filter button again to hide sub-operation controls
