Keyword

Introduction

A keyword is a word or phrase to describe the resource, instance, or system briefly.

A Keyword can be a concept, type, tag, etc.

A keyword can be understood as an entity used to describe other entities.

Management

List all keywords (Switch to keyword list)

1. Click the Entity type indicator / switcher button on the top bar of the entity list window
2. Click Keyword button to switch to keyword list
3. Click Page number button at the bottom of the page to go to other page.

Create

Create in keyword list

1. Click Create button on top bar of keyword list
2. Enter a word or phrase in Content field
3. Click the Create keyword button
4. After the creation is successful, you will see the keyword in the keyword list.

Create when creating or updating other entity

1. There is a field named Keywords when creating or updating other entity
2. Input or select a word or phrase
3. Click Add button
4. Click Create or Update button of the entity
5. After the creation is successful, you will see the keywords of the entity in entity list area

View or select

1. Click View button at the bottom of a keyword item of the keyword list
2. The keyword is selected, and the detail of it is displayed on detail side bar or detail popup window

Edit

1. Click Edit button at the bottom of a keyword item of the keyword list
2. Edit the content of the keyword
3. Click Update keyword button

Delete

Delete in keyword list

1. Click Delete button at the bottom of a keyword item of the keyword list
2. Click Yes, Delete it button

This action will delete the keyword, and unbind related systems, resources or resource instances with it.

Delete when updating other entity

1. There is a field named Keywords when updating other entity
2. Click X button on a keyword to delete it
3. Click Clear button to clear all candidate keywords for an entity
4. Click Update button of the entity
5. After the action is successful, you will see the updated keywords of the entity in entity list area

Display keyword list

1. Click Display button on top bar of keyword list
2. Select or unselect Content, ID, Created time, or other sub-checkbox to display or hide the corresponding field
3. Click Display button again to hide the above sub-checkboxes

Close keyword list

1. Click Close button on top bar of keyword list

Sort

1. Click Sort button on top bar of keyword list
2. Click Content, Created time, or Updated time sub-button to sort keyword list
3. Click the sub-button again to change ascending/descending order
4. Click Sort button again to hide the above sub-buttons

Show keyword bound time

Keyword bound time can be displayed in entity list or entity detail area.

• Show bound time in entity list

  1. Click Display button
  2. Select the option Keywords detail
