Sort

You can sort entity list, search results, or keyword filter results by some fields in ascending or descending order.

Common steps

1. Click Sort button to show sort field buttons
2. Click a field button to change sort field to it
3. Click a field button again to change the ordering of the field (Descending or Ascending)
4. Click Sort button again to hide sort field buttons

• By System order
• By Name
• By URL
• By Created time
• By Updated time
• By Path (for search results and keyword filter results)

Sort descendant instances or systems

Created time is the default sort field when displaying descendant instances or systems.

1. Click Display button in instance list
2. Select Descendant instances, Descendant system, or Descendant instances and systems
3. Click Sort button
4. Click sort field buttons

• By Updated time
