The name Metaesn is renamed to Metaessen, and the website name is metaessen.com now.

The new name is easier to remember and pronounce.

Of course, the new name also reflects the main idea of the website: metaessen = metadata + essence

The V2.9.1 has some big features:

• Docs and Blogs in both Chinese and English
• Internal URLs created automatically for the resources without URLs
• Improved UI
• Simple instructions or tips for new users
• Simplified some operations
• Fixed some bugs

I am very excited that the first version of Metaessen was released.

Metaessen (pronounced /ˈmetəsən/, or read as meta-essence) is the practical, safe, concise, easy-to-use and open resource manager, helping you focus on and manage the resources or parts of resources that are what you really need, most important or essential, in order to get, understand, organize, and use resources faster and better, especially to grasp the whole picture and essence faster and better, not to be distracted by trivialities, superfluities, and unnecessary things, save time and improve productivity.

Like but far beyond the Browser built-in bookmark manager. In some aspects, beyond other types of bookmark managers and note-taking apps.

You can use it as a better bookmark manager or note-taking app.
